Education:  M.Ed. in Instructional Technology, B.S. in Hotel Restaurant Institutional Management, A.S. Food & Beverage Management. Pursuing a specialist degree Curriculum Instruction Management & Administration at Nova Southeastern University. Culinary Arts related endorsements including Serv-Safe (Management Certification and Testing Facilitator Level), Baking & Pastry Arts Certificates, GACE Family and Consumer Science Endorsement and Culinary Arts Endorsement.

Current Role: Oversee and teach the HCHS Culinary Arts/Hospitality Program for the past 6 years. Coordinator: Senior Trips to Europe for the past three years.

Experience: My wealth of knowledge and experience is undoubtedly attributed to various positions held within the hospitality and education sector. To name a few: Director of Career Services, Senior Career Management Educator, Manager of Alumni Relations, Owner and operator of Honey Bee Laundry Services, Executive Director of Hospitality & Catering, Project Coordinator – Vienna Austria & Dominican Republic, and Executive Chef.
